    Raising a Reader
    #1 Tip: Surround your child with reading and thinking everyday. 
    #2 Tip: Use the environment around you. Read traffic signs, store signs, signs at the grocery store, etc.
    #3 Tip: Visit the library and allow your child to select books and magazines about topics that interest him/her.
    #4 Tip: Read aloud each day- Read from books, magazines, newspapers, blogs, etc. 
    #5 Tip: When reading, use the Cue Cards listed below to ask questions about the reading.
