    I'm Miss Sieffert and I'm so excited to be your third grade teacher this year. I completed my student teaching at Ridge View Elementary in Spring 2011 under Mrs. Erb (third grade).  I taught fourth grade there during the 2011-2012 school year. Last year, I moved to Joan Martin to teach third grade.  I'm so excited to begin my second year as a part of the JM family!

    I completed my undergraduate work at Purdue University in West Lafayette and taught Biology there for a year--I love Science!

    As you may have guessed, I love the beach and bright colors.  I like to read, scrapbook, and play with my dog, Zoe, too.

    I'm also the director of a summer day camp in Munster called JCY Camp--I've been there for seven years and I can't think of another way I'd rather spend my summers.
