ABC Order- Writing your words in alphabetical order. For example:(shed, follow, just, cape) would be: cape, follow, just, shed.Sentences: Writing each word in a sentence. Make sure you underline the word in the sentence. For example: if you word is trust.I trust you to take care of my puppy this weekend.Rainbow Words: Choose 5 different colored crayons. Write each word in each color crayon. You will end up writing the words 5 times each. For example: I chose the colors red, green, blue, yellow, purple. If my word is "take" then I write the word "take" take taketake take take.Telephone Spelling: The worksheet has the numbers you would see on a push button telephone. Above each number there are 3 letters. Spell out your spelling word by writing the number for each letter. For example: if my word is "reach" I look on the sheet and the letter "r" coordinates with the number 7, so I write down 7. The letter "e" coordinates with the number 3, so I write down 3 next to the 7. The letter "a" coordinates with the number 2, so I write down 2 next to the number 3~and so on. My number for the word "reach" is: 73224.Five Times Each- Write each of your spelling words 5 times each.Consonant/Vowel- Choose 2 color crayons. Use one color only for the consonants. Use the other color for the vowels. Write each word indicating which letters of the words are vowels and which are consonants. For example: if my word is "friend" and my color choices are black for consonants and pink for vowels.
