Every 15 Minutes Program
Every two years, Hobart High School students participate in this nationally recognized program. The title derives from the fact that every 15 minutes, 24 hours each day, 7 days each week, someone dies in a vehicle accident related to impaired driving. Impaired driving refers to distracted driving (cell phone talking or texting) or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The goal of this powerful program is to create awareness and make a difference in the way students make choices, especially over the last 6 weeks of school, as events such as Prom and Graduation approach. For more information please visit the website: every15minutes.com.
