Welcome to the web page.  This is my 17th year at HHS.  During that time

I've taught Biology, Science Fundamentals, Integrated Chem/Phys, Chemistry and AP Chemistry. 

Currently, I teach Chemistry I and AP Chemistry.  I also serve as the science department chair, varsity boys basketball coach, varsity girls track coach and assist with the boys cross country team.

 

 

Educational background

1993 Graduate of Jay County High School in Portland, IN.

1997 Graduate of Wabash College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology.

1999 Teacher Certification at Purdue University Calumet; licensed in Biology,

Chemistry and General Science

2006 AP Certification for Chemistry (Butler University)

2012 Graduate of Purdue University with a Master of Science degree in Educational Administration

 

 

My wife Beth and I live in Hobart with our two daughters, Kelsey (12) and

Addy (9).
