I caught up with Mrs. Swafford, one of the leaders of the Booster Club. Some people were curious to know what exactly the Booster Club is. Basically, the Booster Club is the spirit club. The Booster Club promotes school spirit. "I believe we unite the students here with the spirit weeks," Swafford said. Some events that the Booster Club is in charge of doing are spirit weeks, pep sessions, decorations at events, theme nights for football games and the dances. 

I'm sure everyone was confused over whether or not the homecoming dance had turned into a turnabout, which is where the girls ask the boys. According to Swafford, this rumor is true. The homecoming has turned into a turnabout for this year. The reason for this is because the people in Booster Club voted. Turnabout over ruled homecoming. Get ready to ask your favorite guy, because its right around the corner.
