    Hobart senior Josh Novak has signed his National Letter of Intent to continue his education and running career at Indiana University Northwest next fall. Josh will leave the Hobart program as one of the most improved and persistent runners in program history. Josh began his high school career as a 22:00 5k runner, he leaves with a personal best of 17:18. Josh finished as Hobart’s number one runner seven different times during his senior season. He earned his first All-NCC honors after near misses in his 10th (2 places) and 11th (1 place) grade campaigns. Josh is a three time Regional participant, three time Semi-State participant, twice qualifying for Semi-State as an individual. Josh is an outstanding student and individual from a wonderful family. His leadership and character will be an asset to the Redhawks program. Congratulations Josh! The School City of Hobart wishes you the best of luck on your future endeavors!
