    2014 Pop Warner

These Brickies may be young but even at their young age their hearts and minds are completely dedicated to what they love. They are all committed and motivated youthful individuals that have no limits! They practice tirelessly, maintain their grades and still have time to enjoy being a kid. This year, all of these qualities came together both on and off the field for both our football and cheer teams.

The Jr. Pee Wee football team tore the field up again and again to work their way to the State Championship! Here they competed against the Northlake Patriots in a nail-biting game. At halftime, the teams were tied 7-7 and everyone was on the edge of their seats. With 3 minutes left in the 2nd half, Northlake scored another touch down to take the victory. Our boys and girls walked away heartbroken but proud of what they had accomplished by becoming State Champion Runner-ups!! Great job to all the players and coaches! (And to the parents who work tirelessly too!)

However, Hobart Pop Warner wasn't done making an impact. Our Pee Wee Cheerleaders had their own competition going on while cheering for the football players. They too worked tirelessly to not only cheer on and motivate our football players but also for their competitions. On November 8th the team traveled to DeKalb to compete in the Regional Cheer Competition. All 12 girls came ready to work hard and leave it all on the mat. Everything they had done and worked for all season shined through brightly as the girls achieved 1st place and advanced to the National Cheer Competition in Orlando, Florida this December!

What an amazing job from both teams! You may be young Brickies, but you have impacted the community in a Huge way! We are all proud of you!
