• Forever Girls Book Club
     The Forever Girls Book Club was created by Ms. Sherri Eberle to get girls interested in reading. The club includes girls from third to fifth grade from both Ridge View and Joan Martin. The girls read from the American Girl historical series about topics including The Great Depression, immigration, the Revolutionary War, and pioneers. The girls read a book before each meeting and then they discuss as a group what was happening at the time and how girls their age would have adjusted to it. Lake County Public Library provides the club with its books.
